  23. DESCRIPTION
  24.     This is a PowerPacker decruncher written in C and portable. It
  25.     should compile on almost anything except Macs and enable anybody
  26.     to unpack PowerPacker files without the tedious process of
  27.     downloading to an Amiga, unpacking, then uploading back to the
  28.     original machine.

  30. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  31.     * A computer with a working C compiler that supports stdio.
  32.     * tar & uncompress (should be standard on most target machines)
  33.     (if that's really a problem, feel free to repackage the archive)
